Will Tortuga try to take over my customer or project?
No. This service is specifically intended to support contractors and trade professionals who already have their own projects. You remain the contractor and keep the customer relationship. Tortuga helps supply the requested products or materials.
What can I send Tortuga for a supply request?
Send whatever information you already have. That can include a material list, cabinet list, plans, drawings, measurements, specifications, photos, model numbers, quantities, or links to products you are trying to source.
Do I need Tortuga to install the products I order?
No. Contractor supply is designed for professionals who may already be performing the installation or managing the project themselves. The supply relationship can remain separate from Tortuga's homeowner renovation services.
Can I send you a complete job material list?
Yes. A complete list is welcome. Tortuga can review the requested products and let you know where we may be able to assist with sourcing.
What if I only need one product or one part of the project?
That is fine too. Contractor supply does not have to involve the entire project. Send the specific product or category you need and we can review the request.
Is contractor supply only for kitchen projects?
Tortuga's primary product expertise centers around kitchens, cabinetry, surfaces, finishes, and related renovation materials. Contractors can still send other project supply requests for review to determine whether Tortuga can help.
